• Clients must adhere to the terms of any agreements or contracts entered into with Sonet Agro and other parties involved in the transaction.

3. Agent Representation:

• Clients may choose to be represented by an agent from Sonet Agro who will act in their best interests throughout the transaction process.
• Clients must communicate any preferences or concerns to their agent to ensure effective representation.

4. Agro Product Listings:

• Agro product listings provided by Sonet Agro are based on information provided by the client and are subject to verification.
Sonet Agro reserves the right to refuse or remove any Agro product listing that does not meet our standards or violates or ethical guidelines.

5. Offer Acceptance:

• Clients have the right to accept or reject any offers made on their Agro products and may choose to negotiate terms with potential buyers.
Sonet Agro will assist clients in evaluating offers and negotiating terms to achieve the best possible outcome.

6. Fees and Commissions:

Sonet Agro charges fees and commissions for the services provided, which will be outlined in a separate agreement between the client and the company.
• Clients are responsible for paying all applicable fees and commissions as agreed upon in the terms of service.

7. Confidentiality:

Sonet Agro will treat all client information with the utmost confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information without the client's consent, except as required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution:

• In the event of any disputes or disagreements between the client and Sonet Agro, both parties agree to engage in good faith efforts to resolve the issue amicably.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue legal remedies as provided by law.
